This product caters for cash delivery in all locations in South Sudan in local currency (SSP)and Foreign Currency (USD). The cash delivery will be on a reimbursement basis whereby TIAM pays at the field location and the organization reimburses once delivery has been confirmed and received an invoice from TIAM.

Payments can be made to specific locations in all the states in South Sudan with a 3 working days’ lead-time. The payments are delivered to a nominated beneficiary stipulated by your Juba Office or to multiple beneficiaries based on the specific needs. Beneficiaries will be able to collect their funds from TIAM staff / agents at a designated place or your organizations offices, which will be communicated to them by TIAM Staff/ agents upon strict and proper
identification.

• The Organization will inform TIAM in advance (3 days) of an intended transfer tothe various locations in South Sudan. TIAM will require 3 days’ notice from theOrganization for the intended cash drop to each field locations.
• The Organization will issue an instruction detailing the payment to the field location.The instruction should contain: Full name of beneficiary, ID/Passport number and Contact Telephone number of representative in the location, Amount to be paid in SSP / USD and Location. Please note we shall accept instruction signed by authorized signatories for the Organization. The Signatory list will thus have to be shared with TIAM in advance when we sign the contract.
• TIAM receives and authenticates the instruction and loads it to its systems.
• TIAM pays beneficiary full amount in SSP and/or USD upon proper identification
  provided and sends the proof of payment to the Organization’s Head Office.
• The Organization’s field office sends confirmation of receipt of funds to Head
  Office.
• The Organization’s Head Office reimburses TIAM with an electronic transfer
